Enter the exhibition

For people with epilepsy, seizures can present in many different ways.
Some come with warning signs; others strike without notice. This unpredictability can make epilepsy feel isolating and hard to explain to others. But by better understanding your seizures, it can help. When you know what triggers yours, what happens before and after, you can gain more control.

My wish and hope is that people can feel what I feel when I paint, that it’s so beautiful and liberating as it helps me self-regulate. It gives me control, especially having lived with epilepsy, which is an important part for me – to feel in control.
